Return Policy

Eligibility
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, please contact us first to initiate the process within 30 days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Returns must be sent with tracking — we are not responsible for packages lost or not received during return transit. Returns will be made to Toronto, Ontario, Canada (please contact us for full address).

Inspection & Refund Decision
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect its condition. Refunds will only be issued if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. If the item does not meet these conditions, the return will not be eligible for a refund, and the item may be sent back to you at your expense.

Refund Process
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
